On this page, we explain the referral program designed for customers of our Online Store.

The objective of this program is to encourage customers who have already purchased our products from the Online Store and wish to participate, to help us get more people to know and take advantage of the benefits of Fruit Pulps SAS and its online purchase with home delivery. They can do this by recommending our products to their acquaintances who have not yet purchased from the Alimentos SAS Online Store and are unaware of the benefits of using them, in order to encourage them to try them by purchasing from the Online Store.

The program generates benefits for both the referred customers who make a purchase in the Online Store and the person who refers. An effective referral is one where the referred person has not made a previous purchase from our Online Store, makes a purchase of more than $30,000 in the Online Store, and uses the personalized coupon from the person who referred them.

The person who refers receives $18,000 for each effective referral in the form of a redeemable benefit coupon in our Online Store, and the referred person receives a 20% discount on their first purchase in the Alimentos SAS Online Store.

Application:

  • The program applies to individuals who have purchased from our Online Store and are included in the program through the creation of a personalized coupon.

  • Participants are identified by the email and name they registered with during their purchases in our Online Store.

  • If they are already included, they must know their personalized coupon used in the program.

  • If they are unsure or want to be included, they can send an email to facturacion@sas.com.co, and we will provide them with their personalized coupon to participate in the program if they are already customers of the Online Store.

Mechanism:

  • Interested customers must simply refer us to their acquaintances, as defined in the first paragraph, recommending our products and explaining that on their first purchase in our Online Store, they should use the personalized coupon they were given to receive the 20% discount.

  • On the 25th of each month, Alimentos SAS will make a cutoff of personalized coupon usage and generate the corresponding benefit coupons for the referring customers.

  • The benefit coupons will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance or until the store remains active, and they cannot be used partially. In other words, each coupon must be used in full in one purchase in the Alimentos SAS Online Store. If the purchase is lower than the coupon value, the order will cost $0, and the remaining coupon balance will be lost.

Use of Coupons:

  • Coupons are used in the Online Store after adding a product to the shopping cart and before proceeding to checkout.

  • In the cart, select the link “Redeem Your Coupon.”

  • Enter the coupon to be used and click the “Apply” button.

  • The coupon can only be entered once per order.

  • The image illustrates the process.

Other Conditions:

  • Alimentos SAS reserves the right to modify and/or terminate this referral program as it deems appropriate, by sending communication to the registered email addresses of participants.

  • Any modification will be effective from the date it is communicated, applying the relevant terms based on the date of earning a benefit.

  • It is not expected that the referred individuals will have the same data, such as name, address, phone number, or ID, as any registered buyer in the Online Store.

  • Alimentos SAS reserves the right to exclude from the program any participant who misuses or attempts to misuse it.

  • The information provided by participants will not be shared with others outside of Alimentos SAS and will be subject to the Privacy and Data Processing Policy in effect.
