Coverage: We deliver to urban areas of Bogotá and nearby municipalities, as well as Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla, Villavicencio, Santa Marta, and Cartagena.

Delivery Time: 24 hours within Bogotá and 96 hours outside Bogotá.

Shipping Costs: Bogotá $10,000 and nearby areas $20,000.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Conditions: We only accept returns for incorrect, defective products or those with an expiration date of less than 1 month.
